How Can I place an order or get setup for online ordering?

  • You can order through Regional Medical by telephone, fax or mail. If you have ordered from Regional Medical Products by telephone, fax or mail you have an account with us and are automatically registered for online ordering. If you need your account number or a password, contact us and a customer support representative will be happy to assist you or call us at (877) 434-8685.   • What are your online features or the benefits of registering?

  • Products with show more detailed descriptions, updated facts, and prices.
  • Ability to place an order.
  • Ability to check the order status whether it was phoned, faxed, mailed, or placed on-line.
  • Ability to track your order. You will be able to see the carriers tracking numbers.
  • Ability to edit your account information.
  • Ability to view your order purchasing history
  • I need or forgot my password or account number.

  • If you need an account number or a password, click here or contact a customer support representative at (877) 434-8685 and we will be happy to assist you. After your identity is verified, a password will be provided or sent through email.
  • How do I edit my account information?

  • You need to be signed in with your account number and password. Click here to Edit Account Information. Once the necessary changes have been made, please click on the ''update'' button at the bottom of the page to ensure that these changes are updated.
  • What transportation company does Regional Medical Products ship by?

  • Regional Medical ships locally by local companies offering, rush, same day and next day deliveries.
  • Regional medical ships throughout Canada by Midland Courier, Midland Transport, Canada Post, and UPS. We can also ship by the carrier of your choice.
  • How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping is based on dollar volume of order and will not to exceed our established shipping rates. Please ask about our established pricing programs that include no charge shipping.
  • How can I track my order?

  • You may contact our customer service department at: (877) 434-8685 or check your account on line. Part of our web program will show how you order was shipped, by what transportation company, and what the tracking number was.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?

  • Regional Medical accepts Visa and MasterCard at time of order. Accounts can be setup with terms for customers after a credit check is completed. Accounts that slip past the established net terms will be subject a 2% fee, and will need to re-establish credit limits and pay prior to release of next order. Visa and MasterCard payments made after time of order, are subject to a 2% fee.
  • What taxes will be applied to my order?

  • If products are taxable, Regional Medical will charge the applicable provincial, goods and services, and harmonized sales taxes based on your geographical location. If you have a provincial tax exempt certificate it must be sent via fax or email prior to invoicing.
  • When I search or browse for a product the site just says "Searching..." and doesn't do anything

  • Make sure you are accessing this site using www.regionalmedicalproducts.com and not just regionalmedicalproducts.com (not sure why, but the www is required on our server).
